The Bill of Lading can be printed and completed by hand or completed on the computer and then printed and signed (click the form with your mouse and type directly on the page). Note: Four (4) copies of this Bill of Lading must be printed and signed: 1. Shipper copy 2. Consignee copy 3. Driver/Contractor copy to be turned in for settlement 4. Driver/Contractor copy A portion of the Bill of Lading text is red in color. If possible, we ask that you use a color printer. |
