The document retrieval feature of our website allows customers to access copies of freight bills and other load paperwork such as bills of lading, permits, weight tickets, haz waste manifests, escort receipts, and detention documents.  For this application, TSMT utilizes a customized software package from Paperwise Document Management called WebWise.  This system allows for paper documents to be digitally scanned or imported automatically, and then electronically stored, giving the authorized user secure and instant acces to millions of documents.  Current and past documents are available through this system anytime the customer needs them, day or night!  With the option to print documents as needed, this online service reduces our need for mailing large stacks of documents.  Also, because the documents are indexed by bol number and date, the customer is able to locate specific documents without shuffling through piles of paperwork.
