Tri-State Motor Transit Co. employs safety specialists and maintains safety programs designed to meet its specific needs.  In addition, TSMT employs specialists to perform compliance checks and to conduct safety tests throughout the company's operations.  TSMT conducts a number of safety programs designed to promote compliance with rules and regulations and to reduce accidents and cargo claims. These programs include an ongoing Substance Abuse Prevention Program, driver safety meetings, distribution of safety bulletins and videos to drivers, and participation in national safety associations.
