October 2007 Soldiers of the 2-16th IN, 1st Infantry Division will soon recieve the first of many care packages gathered by employees of Tri-State. The troops are based out of Ft Riley, KS. The first care packages included items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, DVDs, magazines, stationary, coffee, and candy. Future care packages will be sent when word is received from the units on which items are most needed. Tri-State employees have been raising money for this support through events such as a 50/50 raffle, which was a great success.
